I spend most of my time helping turn complex lender rules into content that normal humans can actually understand. That means diving deep into lender criteria, analysing affordability models, and keeping on top of the latest product launches and mortgage market news.
Alongside content, I work on growing partnerships across lenders, brokers and fintech providers — always looking at how technology can bridge the gap between complex financial products and better customer understanding.
